Welcome to Empatheias' plotting and CR meme! Please fill out the form below with all of the necessary information. Then go forth and reply to others, plot, make friends, have shenanigans!

The Plot and CR meme will be posted on the first of each month, and will be posted once the intro posts have been posted, and again during the mid-month announcement. We highly encourage everyone to check the post from time to time, even if a week has passed. You never know what kind of opportunities you could be missing!

WATER GUN FIGHT PARTY THING YEEEAAHHH

Basically what it says on the tin. Rokurou and Laphicet are planning on have a party of sorts by the lake for some water gun fun. Nothing too complicated, participants will have a specific color randomly assigned to them and the water will be dyed to match. Then just go out and have fun blasting each other with water! if i think of anything else fun to throw in there might be more but that's the basic idea

There will also be food.

Open log will go up some time in the second week to allow new characters to join in, but yeah! Any other ideas or suggestions are welcome :D

For our sanity there WON'T be a public announcement post, but there will be flyers about the event posted around and can handwave word of mouth.

Canon: Final Fantasy XV
Brief Personality: Casual but tries to act cooler than he is. He's a dork beneath it all, and enjoys fighting/fishing/video games/sleeping, but not in that order.

Appearance: Noctis is kind of slender (video game slender, not anime slender). He has the dark hair and eyes/pale skin combo happening.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both. He's doing hunts, but he's also looking for a steady job (does someone need an employee?). Noctis wants to establish something here before he goes back to a world where things are harder on him. Noctis is a hunter of fish so if you're looking for a chill log, he's your man.

Current Activities/Developments: Looking for jobs, getting to know his Dad all over again, hanging with his friends.

Future Developments: I want the full spectrum. I want him to make new friends, enemies, etc. I'm more focused on building relationships than any world goal.

Shipping/Romance: Luna is here so his heart is taken, but I'm fine with someone having a crush on him. It's cute, he's a dork.

Seeking: Any. I've always been a fan of negative CR so don't be worried about approaching me with someone with a bad attitude.

Offering: If you're a normal person, you'll get a normal in return. If you're someone sweet, he'll be a little bit more of a dork at you. If you're a bad guy, he's going to antagonize you.

Brief Personality: Luna is a very eloquent, reserved and mature young woman. As a former religious leader, she's endlessly patient and compassionate; as a deposed princess, she's a blunt and slightly scathing, and rarely suffers fools. Overall, she's a loyal friend!
Appearance: Luna is a slight young woman with a youthful, pretty face. Check it.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Right now, I'd like to focus on slice of life for her! Luna hasn't done much yet to really become acclimated to life in Empatheias, which is something I'm looking to fix.
Current Activities/Developments: She's just been adjusting to being here. Nothing interesting! Soon, she'll get an open log.
Future Developments: Emotionally, she's been quietly coping with news of her brother's death and everything else that happened following her own demise (including the presence of her own killer). These are all largely negative emotions that she's been internalising, and I'd love them to out. Otherwise, she's just looking for a job! Her... her first.
Shipping/Romance: She's only looking in one direction!

Seeking: I'd be happy with literally anything. Specifically, people who will encourage her to internalise her feelings a little bit less, or people who will make her laugh.
Offering: Luna is honest, but a good listener. Anyone who needs a new perspective on a troubling situation would do well talking to her, even if they don't like the answer.

Appearance: Blonde, gaining some muscle, but he doesn't seem to be doing any physical activity himself. In fact, he has the odd task board job that just don't seem to require much... when he actually has a task to talk about.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: ADVENTURE... and Slice of Life. But mainly, let's stop a murderer in Theasthai because this is getting annoying. Also, why the monsters now? What the heck?
Current Activities/Developments: Ooooh my god, I'm so sorry about last Month. A lot of IRL things happened so there was little time for game focus. He's still on the case of the Strangler in Theasthai and I intend on getting a log up with him doing things this time, both in and out of suit. Other activities besides ST0604 will include ST0601 this month.
Future Developments: I belliiiieve his crystal's almost/is full up so it'll be time to replenish that next month? Yeah. Besides that, still need Adrien getting more involved in whatever Arehtei event occurs next.
Shipping/Romance: He may have taken Marinette out on a date. Are they an item now?! Tune in to find out!

Brief Personality: A self-loathing artificial being who desperately wants to become the pinnacle of femininity and be accepted by people. She hates loneliness and has a strong sense of justice.
Appearance: 5'6" out of her heels and with a wardrobe that tends to be combinations of white, red, and pink. Physically, it is impossible to tell she isn't human.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Either! Elphelt doesn't like hurting things unless absolutely necessary, so the type of action will be limited by that.
Current Activities/Developments: She's working as Usagi's secretary/helper/whatever and is otherwise busy filling her time with anything she can to keep her from being alone or thinking too hard about things.
Future Developments: Within the next month and a half, she will have been in Empatheias longer than she was alive in her own world (~10 months) which is going to make her think about her life here. I plan on canon updating her around that point, which will impact her quite a bit.
Shipping/Romance: Elphelt is always on the outlook for love, but she tends to sabotage herself due to her mother's programming so any shipping/romance will be something of a weird trainwreck. She just wants to be loved in spite of all her issues.

Seeking: Other artificial beings, other non-humans, other lonely people, ships, whatever.
Offering: Someone with an incredibly high tolerance for rudeness, someone who can become a little obsessed when it comes to making sure other people aren't alone, and an apocalyptic alien invader who wants to use her powers for good.

Brief Personality: Life-loving nerd, grew up way too early, spent more than half of his life fighting androids. About 75% similar to Main Gohan, what with the love for learning, the desire to protect life, and the social awkwardness. But that 25% is where all his self-doubt, depression, and dissociation hangs out, ruining everything, and stunting his emotional development something fierce. Some very mild suicidal tendencies in there too.
Appearance: He basically looks like a slightly more muscular Main Gohan, with shorter hair, more scars, and a missing arm. Like so!

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Adventure is what Gohan will naturally lean toward, but I'd like him to get some slice of life in there so he can develop some connections with people, and maybe start fixing his stunted emotional development.
Current Activities/Developments: Right now, Gohan's pretty much all-in on trying to get stronger. He's started trying to get some training in, with the eventual end goal of going back to his canon point, and preventing his own death. He's also kind of living out by the lake, which is frustrating his castmates to no end. No plans on whether he'll actually STOP living out there, but I can at least tell you that part of the reason he's out there is because he's not fully comfortable with having an alternate of himself that reminds him of the better life he could've had. So low-key identity crisis.
Future Developments: Real relationships, please. I want Gohan to make actual friends, and stop alienating himself from the rest of Verens. He's got it in his head that he doesn't quite deserve to have this kind of happy life, and that sooner or later, the other shoe's gonna drop and the horribleness he's used to will rear its ugly head. So, he really needs someone to just address that shit, and get him on the path to actually seeing himself as an individual deserving of happiness.
Shipping/Romance: Nothing planned. But hella open to it!

Seeking: Training buddy types! Younger sibling types! Solemn melancholy types! Anything really, I'm not picky.

Brief Personality: Champion of the Hoenn League from Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire. Gentlemanly, polite, respectable and wise, if you're asking him about the right things. Responsible and friendly if approached, but straight-laced to a fault. He's also a not-so-secret geology freak!
Appearance: Your typical rich-boy bishounen, basically. He stands at 5'8", mainly wears suits and generally debonair attire, and has distinct (yet natural) silvery blue anime hair + matching eyes.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both! He's fairly involved in excursions due to his insatiable wanderlust, and is smart enough to make some astute observations while on them. I'm not opposed to slice of life things, either - he's a good coffee date, and is fairly friendly and open to doing tasks with (capable) strangers.

Current Activities/Developments: June is set to be a very emotional month for Steven, due to some developments in his personal life. He's trending quite positive on the whole with some new and old friends having arrived from his world in the past few months, but he's also been a bit stressed out for the same reason. Other than that, he's taking care of his baby Beldum and just cruising along. Taskboard wise, he'll be very concerned about the Shaarnath vandalism and Thras in general! :(
Future Developments: A lot of his development has already gone by, so I don't have too many specific plans! I'd love some more slice-of-life developments and practice with Dunamis, but otherwise I'm gonna let the pieces fall where they may.
Shipping/Romance: He's very much committed to Ignis Scientia, so anything mutual is a hard pass. Feel free to get a crush on him, though - he'll let you down easily.

Seeking: People seeking advice! Kids to mentor! People interested in Pokémon! Fellow fancy people to have tea with! Fellow nerds to geek out about rocks to! Tell me what you're offering, and we can make it work.
Offering: Steven is a Certified Responsible Adult when the situation calls for it, but he's also a gigantic nerd at his core. He's pretty reliable and does feel a duty to protect those in need, and more recently has a bit of a distant big brother/dad-ish doting streak. Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both. I do want him to get into more adventurous type stuff, like tasks and monster hunting.
Current Activities/Developments: Roxas has mostly been dealing with the arrival of various castmates which has caused a lot of questions for him. He's mostly been keeping to himself as a result, which is never a good thing. Otherwise he's been fairly active, running, swimming and training with his wyvern, Tarn.
Future Developments: The main thing I want for Roxas to figure out is where he fits in to all of this, especially in his cast. He's got a lot of questions around that that make him worried and he's not sure how to talk about it or who to talk to.
He'll be taking off to Sharnaath at the end of the month to think about that. That's all I got for him right now.
Shipping/Romance: I am open to it. I would like Roxas to go on a date sometime

Seeking: Mentors are definitely something I'd like for Roxas, but friends are good as well. All types really

Canon: Spiral: The Bonds of Reasoning
Brief Personality: A far too clever for his own good, low self esteem, actual mother hen hiding in sarcastic punk clothing. A clone and the brother of a charismatic, powerful man who was the closest thing to a 'God' in his world, Ayumu grew up in his shadow and his personality was strongly formed by the experience. Ayumu is a bit on the prickly side, but he's very loyal to his friends and those he cares about. His life is Weird but he's managed to carve a new one out in Verens over the years, more or less considering this place home even if he has some unfinished business he still needs to take care of in regards to his world.

Appearance: Ayumu's 19 now and after years in Empatheias he has changed his appearance quite a bit from his icons, not to mention gained a great deal of height. He still has grey eyes and brown hair, but the tips are just a bit lighter than the rest, and it's been grown out in a jaggy, punkish style. He dresses in Verens fashion mostly, with a fondness for accessories and earrings.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: A good mix of both! Most of the time he defaults to slice of life, but he does occasion take tasks and more often than not joins in excursions. Ayumu isn't exactly on the level of some people when it comes to combat, but he makes up for it with skill in Dunamis and a sharp mind that excels at strategy.

Current Activities/Developments: Runs a cat cafe with Hizumi that serves desserts and ice cream! Otherwise, things are fairly chill for him lately.... maybe I can change that.

Future Developments: Dani and I have some plans in the works, it's just a matter of 'When' and 'How'. In the short term, I do plan to have Ayumu join the excursion, and I'm interested in doing the Escape Room task.

Shipping/Romance: He's taken! Very, very taken. His boyfriend is Hizumi, and they think they're good at keeping it quiet when they're very obviously not. He's also possibly thinking of proposing sometime this year...

Seeking: Friends! Stubborn and friendly people who are willing to deal with his less than social (but brattily caring) personality. Crafty, clever people he can gel with on the same wavelength. People he can subtly mother hen.

Offering: Someone to fuss at your characters (if they need looking after). Someone good for word games and puzzles. Many, many cats to be petted at his work place. The sassy mom friend your character might need. Really fantastic cooking.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Looking for both honestly! Maybe leaning a little more toward adventure. If you have any tasks in mind, I'm definitely open to looking at them! She also enjoys chill times as well.
Current Activities/Developments: Just arrived last month so she's still adjusting. However this month is her bday, so she'll be looking for some ways to celebrate.
Future Developments: She's going to be dealing with timeline issues between her castmates, and (maybe) finding out she impulsed killed her friends at one point? It's not great. Mami also misses her Bebe a lot too and will have to deal with that because she's going to be very lonely. She's going to try to resume magical girl duties as well even if there might not be a lot to do. It's all she knows....
Shipping/Romance: Yes! Just as a note I play Mami as a lesbian, so girls only please!

Canon: Pokémon: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire
Brief Personality: Thief/Hacker/Con-Artist who works for an international crime syndicate. He's very fond of being a villain but beneath the odd cruel streak and the bluster beats the heart of a kind man who cares deeply for his friends and loved ones.

Multi-talented and genuinely cunning, but thinks with his heart instead of his head so he often comes across as an idiot. It's not hard to trick him if you know what buttons to push.

Generally a cheerful sort when he's not feeling lonely but there is a good amount of internalized pain here, too, and he tends to undervalue himself. He'll certainly brag about his intellect and good looks but the patina of self confidence does not run deep.

...He also used to describe himself as a man of "thunderous emotion". His emotions dictate his actions over reason and they can run wild which is probably worth mentioning in a setting like this.
Appearance: Tall, slender man with intense green eyes and periwinkle hair. Androgynously beautiful in a way that allows him to squeeze into mini-skirts without anyone blinking an eye. Could be quietly intimidating if not for the everything about him. He's usually in civilian garb dressed in a button down T-shirt, khaki shorts and dark sunglasses. So far he has yet to put on his Team Rocket uniform, but he does have it with him.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both, but leaning adventure. James can enjoy domestic life but he's a Pokémon Trainer and used to traveling. He's also inquisitive by nature so he'll doubtlessly try to learn more about the world.
Current Activities/Developments: James just got here. Currently he's living with Naruhodou and Sherlock but is planning on moving into his own place soon. For a couple weeks after arriving he lived in the woods, so he's slightly behind in his understanding of Verens. He's looking into finding a job, or at least a source of income.
Being in a new world is not too overwhelming for him, especially since he's spent some time in Azoth, but being alone is messing with him pretty badly. Without Jessie and Meowth he's struggling with loneliness and isn't covering it up very well.
Future Developments: I like going with the flow and seeing what happens but there is definitely one major project James will be undertaking: Building a weapon with which he can battle and capture an Arehtei. He has it in his head that they're mythic Pokémon and he wants to bring one back home to give to Team Rocket. He may never complete the weapon and it will almost certainly not be able to capture an Arehtei if he ever does it complete it but this is a long term project of his anyway.

Shipping/Romance: It takes a while for James to trust anyone enough to even begin to wonder if he really, really wants to be with them romantically. Due to some...trauma...with his fiancée back home he has some mental roadblocks here. Shipping is just not very likely to happen with him. Feel free to have someone crush on him, though, he'll either run for the hills or try to gently let them down. Join the ranks of unrequited what with his Mareanie.

Seeking: Any kind of CR! Positive, negative, friends, enemies... Weird complicated dynamics are also my jam. Don't feel shy about tossing characters at James who may clash with him.
Offering: Honestly, James is the sort of character who can supply a huge variety of CR types. He can be empathetic and kind but certain types of people can bring out the villain in him. He can be a skilled companion or a dumb nuisance, depending on the activity. Really, it depends on who he is interacting with!
Not Interested In/Avoiding: Killing him or traumatizing him too badly but only because he's still so new. That will certainly change once he's settled in because I'm terrible. Shipping also doesn't interest me, generally speaking, but James is a bit of a wreck anyway in that regard, so.. These aren't hard "no"s though I am open to just about anything if it makes sense for a plot.

Also he has a Mareanie who is in love with him and poisons him on a routine basis. He's fine.

Brief Personality: Not to be confused with his future self, this one's a life-loving nerd who grew up way too early but got to stop fighting androids when he was 10. Unfortunately for him, that didn't mean he got to go on a Pokemon journey. He's got a real thirst for knowledge and a strong desire to protect life, but he's got some real skeletons in his closet. Appearance: Normally, nothing really stands out about him. He's pretty normal looking, black (albeit spiky) hair, normal clothes, average weight and height. It's when he goes Super Saiyan or starts really unleashing his strength that he might stand out more, but otherwise he's pretty normal. How he manages to hide his massive muscles under his shirt, the world may never know.

He has a super hero alter-ego, however, who stands out a good deal more, though...
Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Gohan lends himself to either or pretty well. If it were up to him, he'd stick to the slice of life, trying to lead his ordinary, peaceful life that has no trouble in it, and just using his superhero identity to satisfy his occasional action lust. But his life rarely goes the way he wants it, as trouble tends to follow him wherever he goes. He's a curious and intellectual sort, always willing to learn things about the world, so adventure isn't out of the question for him. He's secretly one of the most powerful people around, so hey, if you can somehow figure him out and get him to help you out on your crazy adventures, you've got a hell of an ally?
Current Activities/Developments: He's dating Videl and I'm pretty sure they're in that awkward puppy love phase of their relationship. He's also slowly coming to terms with his so-called "normal" life falling apart in Verens, what with Gotenks pulling their little stunt, his future self not understanding what it means to be inconspicuous, and Jacqli having totally busted him on his secrecy.
Future Developments: Well, he's got at least one potential castmate coming this month, so his life could change pretty drastically yet again. I could see Bulma putting him to work for her once she gets settled. He's going to be hopefully working with his Future Self on helping the latter achieve greater strength, he's going to be training Videl on more ki usage. He's being blackmailed by Jacqli to serve as a Vanguard for her whenever she goes exploring now that she knows he's strong. And I've got some family-based pain lined up for him and Goten.

Brief Personality: He's a very laidback daemon with a rather "positive" attitude in the sense that he doesn't sweat the small stuff too much and just rolls with most things. As a war daemon, fighting is pretty much his life and what he enjoys most, with the sword being his one true love beloved favored weapon. He excels in dual short swords but isn't too shabby with the greatsword, either (which you can better believe he'll eventually dual wield). He follows the role of the "samurai" fairly well, living up to those codes and his family name. Can be super loyal and supportive, will repay any debt he owes, will look out for the younger crowd, and just overall a nice and fun guy to be around, especially at a bar. Loves that alcohol. He can also be a little bit of a fun jokester and a troll. But hidden beneath that nice guy exterior is a dark ball of rage that only surfaces when he's really into his fight. He doesn't like being interrupted. Period. A lot of that rage comes from his hatred for his older brother, but a lot of that has been resolved. He's otherwise pretty chill.

Appearance: Even though Rokurou will probably find standard Verens clothing, if possible he'll be sporting his usual style of traditional samurai attire: kimono, hakama, the arm guard, and wielding three swords (great sword on the back, dual short swords behind). Here's his character design as reference!

The real interesting part of his look to note is his hair, specifically that giant chunk over the right side of his face. That's because it's covering his daemon eye, with the black markings running down his neck. Now the fun part about his daemon eye is that only those with special spiritual/supernatural abilities, are nonhuman, OR aligned with Thras can see it. Otherwise, he looks completely normal. (Side note, the hair thing is a stylistic choice, he honestly doesn't care if people see his eye or not.)

I'm pretty lax about the visibility thing, so even if someone makes a mistake, I'll roll with it. Rokurou doesn't care, neither do I. Blame it on different world shenanigans /jazzhands.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: While I like both, adventure/exploration type of plots are better suited for Rokurou's type. He is definitely going to go and check out all the new places, fight whatever comes at him, and have a grand old time with it. Can definitely expect him signing up for the various monster hunts every month. But he'd also be down for any opportunity to just relax and drink. Maybe fish. And turn it into a challenge because that's more fun, right? I wouldn't mind throwing him on some fun expedition, though! Explore the world, fight new types of monsters and dealing with emotions sounds like a fun challenge.

Current Activities/Developments: For this month currently got a water gun party being thrown and the various tasks he's signed up for that I'll have a catch-all log for the prompts. Also planning on having him join on the excursion event later in the month.

In general he's mostly been taking up various tasks, particularly the monster bounties. Not having to hide that he's a daemon has been oddly liberating and thus has been able to branch out and actually meet people and do things without having the threat of some exorcist trying to kill him. It's kind of cool (if also less exciting since he really didn't mind that too much). He's always training with his sword and can often be seen in a field or outside of town either on training dummies or just practicing those swings. He's also working part-time at the Crescent School teaching basic swordsmanship. It's not quite the Rangetsu style, but it's basics similar to it. He'll be picking up dunamis this month, so that'll be part of the mix, too! (Network post will be made later.)

On a more "future still in the works" front, he and Velvet are working on restoring the old coliseum that's out there in the desert region of the island, so that'll be something he'll be focused on.

Also sword collection. You can better believe he's starting a sword collection and has taken over one of the storage rooms on Velvet's airship, ha ha ha ha. Probably has a logbook of all the bounties he's done, too...


Future Developments: Other than emotion exploration, more or less seeing how he continues to adapt and have a somewhat "normal" life. Maaaaaybe having a pupil to actually learn the Rangetsu swordstyle would be cool?

Alice is a person who doesn't see herself as considerate when she really is, grew up on tales of heroes and aspires to be like them as well as the grandfather she saw as one of those heroes. She seeks to uphold what is right and just even if that means standing against those in far more powerful positions than herself. She has a strong sense of noblesse oblige and believes she must take no ones side to uphold the truth.

The last point she's been having some trouble with as time goes on and she acknowledges her feelings more. There's conflict between the part of her that wants to remain detached for her ideal of noblesse oblige and the other part of her that feels very deeply for those around her.

Appearance:

Alice is best known for her height and slim build. At five foot and fairly tiny, it's a bit of a point in canon how surprising it is that she can be so intimidating. One fellow military man who tangled with her in a fight is surprised to see her shortly after and talks about how she seemed much taller when they fought. Overall she keeps a very military sort of way of dress with neat button ups and slack. Sometimes she wears short sleeve shirts when working here though.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE:
A bit of both honestly. I am interested in getting Alice to relax a little on her heavily military-focused stance. She's been so wrapped up in learning combat and devoting herself to a military life that she's neglected to think about her feelings or anything else. It's to the point in canon where she feels guilt over the idea that she may actually be developing romantic feelings for someone because that means she's not focused exclusively on her work.
I want her to relax, I want her to learn what it is to have a life as well as still being active in combat and anything justice wise she gets into here. So far so good!

Current Activities/Developments:
I'd really like to find more friends that will help challenge Alice on a social level. She and Shiro have been dating for a few months now and her perceptions on dating are still a little off whack. Teach her about being a normal person please.

Future Developments:
I like to play these sort of things by ear but I definitely want her to continue growing. She's become very comfortable in the life she has here and I feel like something needs to shake things up for her.

Current Activities/Developments: He's been... moping. It goes beyond just being taken from his life and dropped here, brings up a major part of his past in a bad way. With (canonmate) Anabel here too, he's better than he could be, but he is nnnnot happy. Aside from finding a place to live, he's been wandering around with his pokémon and trying to get his bearings here.
Future Developments: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Being able to accept some sort of life here is a noble goal, but one he'll never fully accept. I'd love for him to meet more people and the commiseration might help, but "trying to get by" is his major plotline for now?
Shipping/Romance: Already have a plan set with Bea ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) because everyone would be clambering for him, clearly

Seeking: Anything you have to give! I want to play him against all types of people, and his posts will always be open to anyone across canons and genres.

Brief Personality: Anabel is Very Polite and usually pretty sweet and understanding, but a bit of a firecracker if you get her going. She's easily pumped up when it comes to talking (pokemon) battle tactics, mysteries, and the like. She's got a strong sense of justice and tends to put others before herself, especially if they're in her small pool of friends. She also occasionally uses an innocent blink to manipulate, but hey!

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Just like her canon, both! She likely won't do any monster hunting unless it's necessary to keep people safe.
Current Activities/Developments: Renting a house with Nanu and probably 20 cats soon lbr. There's some cast stuff and her learning about where she came from, which will likely lead to a bit of moping and hurt feelings.
Future Developments: She could stand to be more open about her feelings and make friends, but otherwise I have no specific plans for her. I'm pretty new to playing her outside of one-on-one!

Seeking: I hate to be the ~everything~ person but as I've mentioned, I'm pretty new to playing her outside of a few one-on-one scenarios and I'd like you to throw whatever at me and see what sticks! I think in particular she works well with questioning villains or antiheroes and tends to be respected for her skill in battle. Tasks would definitely be interesting, as well, and I think she'd be up for almost all of them. Detective types would also be welcome over the traditional actiony cops!
Offering: A stern talking-to if needed! She's the quiet, sensible type that's easily flustered and friendly. She will be invested in your character and their problems, even if she doesn't particularly know them -- especially if it's something an officer of the law could handle.
Not Interested In/Avoiding: Fourth wall, basically. That's about it!

Character Name: Hizumi Mizushiro (Goes by Hizumi Shiozuru if pressed for a surname)
Canon: Spiral: The Bonds of Reasoning
Brief Personality: Formerly the closest thing his world has to the Devil, he was cursed to live with the fate of either having his very will changed to that of a genocidal demon or else die of illness first. He's broken that curse however, and while that life still influences the way he looks at things, he's doing much, much better now. On the surface, he can come across as cheerful and friendly and even a bit obnoxious, but his heart is generally in the right place. Now that he's been freed of his fate, he's trying a little harder to actively help people, and knows of a way to use dunamis to cure both physical and magical ailments. Very intelligent, very clever, and will lie up a storm about his history because he is related to far too many murderkids.
Appearance: Closer to this now that he's nineteen, but far more punk. He wears a lot of necklaces and rings, and has since pierced his ears. Also generally lacks the holier-than-thou look.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both! He'll be going out on excursions as they occur, but he also has partial ownership over the Feline Nice Ice Cream Parlor where he can frequently be found working.
Current Activities/Developments: He's got some close CR and canon CR that he's still working through and it's a lot of suddenly having to care about things, which is weird.
Future Developments: I still need to get him into situations that are ~*hopeful*~ enough for him to really start working with that emotion. Currently, it produces light much as his despair causes shadow; eventually the goal is for him to be able to solidify and manipulate it.
Shipping/Romance: Currently extremely happy with Ayumu, though he'll never admit upfront that they're dating.

Seeking: Shady people he can hang with! People who are interested in digging at him because he is a cheerful liar who is surprisingly tight-lipped about anything that actually matters!
Offering: He's skilled with Dunamis and has been helping people train in it upon request. He's also very much a cheerful outgoing type who can drag less sociable characters into shenanigans as needed. A relatively good fighter for taskboard things.
