Welcome to Empatheias' plotting and CR meme! Please fill out the form below with all of the necessary information. Then go forth and reply to others, plot, make friends, have shenanigans!

The Plot and CR meme will be posted on the first of each month, and will be posted once the intro posts have been posted, and again during the mid-month announcement. We highly encourage everyone to check the post from time to time, even if a week has passed. You never know what kind of opportunities you could be missing!

• Feel free to use the "Open Mingling Announcements" and "Task Board Recruitment" top levels for better focused organisation. Note: Any large scale group plots should still be posted to the OOC community proper.

• For more general plotting and to talk about CR you wish to build, create your own top level following the format below. Put your character's name in the subject line, or your name in the subject line if you have more than one character.

• Fill out the form and comment away! The top level relating to the task board has a different form, catered specifically to task board related things, as well.

• Tip! If mentioning tasks, include both the task ID and a brief two-word blurb to easily identify (eg., ST0602 Giant Fish).

• ST0601: Help save a ring from dinosaurs! And play with dinosaurs. Elphelt wants to see dinosaurs, really.


• ST1206: Beasthunting! Since they're not cute things just doing their things, she is ok with fighting them.

A previous conversation has led James to believe "Dinosaurs" are "Fossil Pokemon" and he wants one.

He's interested in this task too, but may be a nuisance because Poke Balls do not work on the Dinos...probably.

ESCAPE ROOM EXPLANATION

Task ID: GT0607 - Someone is trapped in a botched escape room scenario, and characters need to rescue them! Except...
Looking for: ... no one's in actual danger.

Inspired by Asbel, Minnie has decided to set up a scenario that will FORCE people to accept nice things about themselves. In other words, she's the one "locked" in the last room. There will be 5 rooms to work through, with the sixth one being the prize room. Each room will have a unique puzzle that characters need to figure out in order to advance to the next room.

You're free to partner up in advance, because one person can't do it alone! Feel free to use this thread to find a partner, and have as many as you want! Minnie will be "locking" herself up over and over, so there will be multiple threads and multiple opportunities. If you have any questions, go ahead and ask! (if you want to ask privately, PMing or plurking me at melcat33 works!) I can also take suggestions of what puzzles you'd think would work - the theme is self-confidence!

GT0602 Sparring partners with remarkable strength. Buffy is qualified and curious, and if she's going to get food, why not!

GT0603 Apple carrying! She can carry so much weight, although she's not sure she wants to eat them if they really are changing skin color.

ST0601 She's super curious about the dinosaurs now it's been a while since getting dropped in the middle of them. It's a dangerous job; no way she's not going, at least to protect anyone else who might want in on it.

ST0602 She won't want to return the wolf. She'll want to free it, or return it and persuade Oscar to fix it somehow. Buffy disapproves.

ST0605 Luring the bear away from the museum. She won't build it a home--although you're welcome to argue with her about it--but she will take this on for the sake of the people and the bear!

Looking for: Partners, random encounters, people who'll argue with or otherwise present obstacles to completing the tasks.

Anyone who might be willing to put up with him...or run into him and feel annoyed.

James believes, due to a previous conversation, that Dinosaurs are Fossil Pokemon and he wants to catch one. In a Poke Ball. Which means he'll probably piss one off, so if anyone would like to be around for that...

He may also want to keep the ring to pawn to someone for a greater amount than the reward is worth, if he finds it first. But he can be talked out of that if in a group and will not raise a fuss if someone else gets to it before he does.

He's mostly interested in the Dinos.

GT0603: TAKE ALL THE APPLES. This is free food, and Nora likes free food. (Sorry in advance, Casa RWBY. There will be an abundance of apples.) On the other hand, while Sanson doesn't really need a lot of apples because he doesn't need to eat, he can help people carry them out.
GT0604: Pirate party! More free food! There's a trend here. Nora is game for partying.
GT0607: "Escape room", in which Nora can be super confident but will need a hand in actually solving the puzzles. Sanson would do this just to free whoever's trapped and tbh I'm leaning more toward Sanson for this one because he could use a boost in his self-perception.

ST0603: Vandalism is bad, people. Sanson will help bring them to JUSTICE!!!
ST0604: RIP Constable Crispy, the Strangler saga continues. Sanson has been keeping tabs on this case since he got here, so he's down. Aww yeah.
ST0605: The museum can't bear with having a bear, and Nora can help coax it out probably. Stop her from attempting to bring it home.
ST1206: HUNTING TIME, I'm down for any of these monsters with either of my characters. Let Nora smash. Let Sanson decapitate. Holy frick why do I play these weirdos.

GT0603 - Apples. Because you can never have too many apples.
GT0607 - Escape room. Asbel may or may not know what's really up with the escape room (he knows Minnie's supposed to post something to the taskboard to help people's self esteem at least), and I would like him to be involved in some way. Either he can help encourage your character to enter if they look uncertain or skeptical, or he can team up with other people to attempt a rescue mission or solving puzzles! His confidence is hit or miss depending on the situation, and his ability to solve anything bookish will be average at best, but hey, free swordsman and pep talker!

GT0602 - Sparring with Pyrrha! Gohan's been focused on getting stronger, so sparring with people from other worlds is absolutely something he'd actively go for.
GT0603 - HUNGRY FOR APPLES? Because Gohan sure is. Granted, he'll be aware that there's an actual job that needs doing, and he'll do it. But also, that job could potentially involve eating a neverending supply of apples, so WIN/WIN?
ST0601 - Gohan has an unnerving amount of experience specifically dealing with dinosaurs. It's actually kind of concerning, how comfortable he feels about this.
ST1206 - So This Is Basically Monster Hunter. And by that, I mean it's Gohan's jam and he would love to join literally any party doing this.
