Welcome to Empatheias' plotting and CR meme! Please fill out the form below with all of the necessary information. Then go forth and reply to others, plot, make friends, have shenanigans!

The Plot and CR meme will be posted on the first of each month, and will be posted once the intro posts have been posted, and again during the mid-month announcement. We highly encourage everyone to check the post from time to time, even if a week has passed. You never know what kind of opportunities you could be missing!

INSTRUCTIONS

• Feel free to use the "Open Mingling Announcements" and "Task Board Recruitment" top levels for better focused organisation. Note: Any large scale group plots should still be posted to the OOC community proper.

• For more general plotting and to talk about CR you wish to build, create your own top level following the format below. Put your character's name in the subject line, or your name in the subject line if you have more than one character.

• Fill out the form and comment away! The top level relating to the task board has a different form, catered specifically to task board related things, as well.

• Tip! If mentioning tasks, include both the task ID and a brief two-word blurb to easily identify (eg., ST0602 Giant Fish).

Kor Meteor

Character Name: Kor Meteor
Canon: Tales of Hearts
Brief Personality: energetic shounen hero with a passion for life and emotions, he's friendly and outgoing and more than a little bit naive and dense about everything going on around him. He's got a good heart and is always trying to help out people in the ways only he can here.
Appearance: He looks like your fairly typical human. Brown hair, brown eyes, slim build. But he's a fantasy RPG protag so he dresses weird and doesn't think anything of it. Oh and he's got a weird red device strapped to his arm that's a superpowerful weapon in the form of a sword.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: He loves action and adventure. He's pretty bad at sitting still and living normally, preferring much more to go out and explore and see the world and fight things. You can take the protag out of his JRPG, but you can't take the JRPG out of the protag, I guess.
Current Activities/Developments: Life's slow and easy for him recently. Learning the keyblade, helping his friends, going about life. He needs more going on.
Future Developments: He's going to be undertaking a major trial with a Spiria Link on Ion soon involving their friends. There's also something involving Sora and Vanitas coming up that Kor will be wrapped up in for sure.
Shipping/Romance: He's an idiot, good luck.

Seeking: New CR involving people willing to put up with an overzealous and energetic shounen protagonist who just really wants to meet and help people! Existing CR strengthening their bonds with him further! My endgoal is for him to start developing more Somatic Bonds with his close friends, since aside from one I have planned for happening soon, he hasn't formed any in a long time.
Offering: A shounen hero who doesn't know how to keep his nose out of other people's business. He'll try to be your friend whether you want him or not. He's a skilled fighter and hunter, too, so he's perfect for taking on dangerous tasks with if you need someone.

He also has a unique ability called a "Spiria Link", which allows him to dive into a person's heart and help them with their emotional hangups and issues by working their subconscious through their mental blocks and come to terms with their problems and get passed them. Think of it like deep therapy, fantasy bullshit style!
Not Interested In/Avoiding: Not interested in negative for the sake of being negative. I'm fine with it if it can eventually develop and turn around, though! I love it, even! He's a protag, he's gotta friendship at everyone.

Anything Else:

I really would love to do more with Pearl and Kor. Now that Pearl knows Kor swordfights, she's going to be more interested in knowing him and probably even be kinder to him!

She could probably also use some Spiria help at some point? That could be really interesting, but idk!

Yeah, definitely! I think Pearl might even be intrigued by the weapon Kor wields, since, while not the same, shares quite a few similarities with the kinds of weapons that Gems wield. It's definitely not your typical sword, that's for sure.

And honestly, ever since that recent Rose episode aired, I've been thinking about the possibility of Kor doing a Spiria Link on Pearl someday, since that episode gave good material for how hers would possibly be structured. So it's definitely something I'd like to keep on the table for something with in the future!

Both of these sound like good things to me, and sword talk can probably happen this month? She'll definitely be interested if it's a unique kind of weapon!
