Welcome to Empatheias' plotting and CR meme! Please fill out the form below with all of the necessary information. Then go forth and reply to others, plot, make friends, have shenanigans!

The Plot and CR meme will be posted on the first of each month, and will be posted once the intro posts have been posted, and again during the mid-month announcement. We highly encourage everyone to check the post from time to time, even if a week has passed. You never know what kind of opportunities you could be missing!

INSTRUCTIONS

• Feel free to use the "Open Mingling Announcements" and "Task Board Recruitment" top levels for better focused organisation. Note: Any large scale group plots should still be posted to the OOC community proper.

• For more general plotting and to talk about CR you wish to build, create your own top level following the format below. Put your character's name in the subject line, or your name in the subject line if you have more than one character.

• Fill out the form and comment away! The top level relating to the task board has a different form, catered specifically to task board related things, as well.

• Tip! If mentioning tasks, include both the task ID and a brief two-word blurb to easily identify (eg., ST0602 Giant Fish).

Open Mingling Announcements | Task Board Recruitment

Character Name: Android 21
Canon: Dragon Ball FighterZ
Brief Personality: Kind, awkward, and kind of a mom on and off, this 21 is the good half of a whole. Also a little socially oblivious here and there, though surprisingly detail-oriented and observant, having been created with the cells of countless scientific geniuses in addition to just as many powerful fighters. Also also a total glutton and sweets lover. Currently quite content to see the worst in herself, though she'll get past that with enough time.
Appearance: Normally, she'll stick to her usual mode of dress or something similar. Earrings, business casual dresses, leggings, and ankle boots. Her true form is much different and stands out quite a bit more (as one with bubblegum pink skin and a long tail would). She's more open about using this form, but still will be only using it when fighting or training.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: A healthy mix of both, with a stronger lean toward slice of life at the moment! She can fight, and she can be incredibly powerful in a fight, but she doesn't like to - nor is she as competent at fighting as she'd like, though she is trying to train to get better. She's a researcher first and foremost, so despite her power she'd rather stick closer to a lab or experience new ~~food~~ things unless she feels she's needed elsewhere.
Current Activities/Developments: I dropped the ball with her kinda hard between late October and all of November thanks to personal issues, but aside from trying her best during the Sharnaath rebel fight, she did have a talk with Naruhodou about the other Android 21 and her "hunger problem". Thanks to that, even though the thread isn't quite done yet, 21 will be trying a little harder to be up front about that issue of hers with people she feels need to know about it. For now, it'll likely only be castmates, but eventually will slide to her cross-canon CR as well.

But for this month, she'll be mostly focused on Christmas and getting gifts for her new friends. Christmas wasn't something she ever really got to celebrate for a variety of reasons, and especially since she doesn't know how long she'll be in Empatheias, she wants to make the most of it if she can. ~~i hope everyone likes brie~~ She will also be hanging around the open Christmas party, though she'll be in her human form for that.

Future Developments: Eventually, I want 21 to start developing a means to create specialized healing items (something near if not on the level of a senzu bean). She's taking some steps with it now, trying to grow some simple vegetables and gathering up scraps and broken elemental cores with plans of restoring them. As far as character development goes, I want to bring her to a point of making peace with herself. She's extremely quick to place blame on herself, and getting her to a place where she can forgive herself would be A+++. Baby steps are currently being taken with that, in that she's being a bit more open about her issues.
Shipping/Romance: She'd be difficult to convince, though she might shyly try it out before running off. She wants to live happily as a family, and was a mom at some point, but her existence as a ticking time bomb would make it tough for her to go along with it for too long. That said, I am good with something happening for her!

Seeking: Fellow researchers, other androids/artificial beings, other sweets lovers, characters who will slap her hands with a ruler when she gets super down on herself, etc. Training buddies welcome too, as she's trying to get better at fighting without Player Character Senpai around to literally control her fighting skills.
Offering: A sweet and occasionally oblivious/socially inept mom-ish researcher who will eagerly help you out as needed and protect you within reason but will also probably eat all of your food. While she's not the pushy "TRY EVERYTHING" type, she's also good for lightly coaxing. Also she can make clothes just based off pictures ~~(i guess, how the hell else could she have recreated 18's Cell Saga outfit)~~ and is apparently pretty good at it so there's that too.
Not Interested In/Avoiding: Avoiding manipulation situations for the time being, as she'd be extremely easy to manipulate into doing some bad things when she's like that and I'm not up for her getting offed so soon.

Anything Else:

Hello there! Jekyll certainly has a healthy scientific curiosity, as a doctor/scholar himself, and he's pretty easy to get along with. Polite, kind, mild-mannered, he can also be down on himself sometimes—namely because of his alternate evil personality, so hey! Something they... have in common? Kind of?? ~~I'm sorry.~~ I'd love for him to make some nerdy/science friends though, if you're interested?

I honestly didn't even think about the whole Jekyll/Hyde thing before now but now that you mention it, that'd be one hell of a thing for them to eventually find common ground on, lol. But hey, yeah, I'm down with them running into each other!

I plan on throwing her at the open Christmas party log whenever that goes up, as well as making an open post for her sometime after apps are processed, but if you'll be doing an open thing I can keep an eye out for that instead.

That sounds great! I'm not sure on whether I'll do one or not yet, but I'll keep an eye out for yours and depending how the party goes, that could be a good excuse to meet too!
