Welcome to Empatheias' plotting and CR meme! Please fill out the form below with all of the necessary information. Then go forth and reply to others, plot, make friends, have shenanigans!
The Plot and CR meme will be posted bi-monthly alongside character and player intros, usually around the sixth of each month. We highly encourage everyone to check the post from time to time, even if a week has passed. You never know what kind of opportunities you could be missing!

Canon: Steven Universe
Brief Personality: A good-natured young lad who wants to befriend everyone, but he also carries his fair share of angst and problems, while trying to focus on solving everyone else’s instead.
Appearance: Steven is currently an Actual Teen who looks like this. He’s a taller boy, often wearing some nice jacket over a shirt (usually black or blue) with a star on it. There’s still a pink gem on his belly button, usually hidden beneath his shirt. And he’s still sometimes accompanied by a large pink lion!
Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both! Steven enjoys hanging around and engaging in slice-of-life shenanigans, but he still wants to answer calls to adventure and to do what he can to help those who need it!
Current Activities/Developments: I quietly updated him to Future last month, so now he’s matured further and is also more intent on being responsible for solving everyone’s problems. He also had brief reunions with Pearl and Bismuth during the fourth wall, while Yellow Diamond departed, leaving him as the last person left here from his world. He’s also already started trying to help some people through particularly difficult problems these past few months, including Honerva, (Dragon Quest) Jasper and Kylo Ren.
Endgame Goals/Plans: To play more with his mindset of Future, Steven will be throwing himself wherever he feels he’s needed. He’ll be less focused on having fun and more on trying to do Everything, for Everyone. He’ll be throwing himself in a number of tasks - some of the ones that would probably most highlight his problems would be the funny fruit one (GT0101) and the horse one (GT0106). He’ll also try to work on solving plot mysteries! Other stuff will be decided as time goes on, based on what endgame plot looks like and also possibly influenced by whatever happens in the remainder of his canon.
Shipping/Romance: None here! I only really ship Steven with one person from his canon and don’t really have any interest in cross-canon shipping him. Age appropriate characters are still allowed to have one-sided crushes on him, however.
Seeking: I'm open to most kinds of CR! Other young people, fellow cinnamon rolls, grumpy/antisocial friends whom he can try to win over. When it comes to music, he can jam with others and/or give lessons! And now he can also use people to encourage him to slow down and have more fun.
Offering: A very energetic young friend who wants to help anyone with their troubles! He also has a bunch of unique abilities that could play into threads, such as healing spit (which has been shown to cure things like bad eyesight and broken legs) and the ability to enter people's dreams when he's asleep (sometimes unintentionally). With his closer CR, there’s also the possible option of fusion.
Not Interested In/Avoiding: Extremes of dark/bleak/graphic situations, and also nothing sexual.
Anything Else: This is fine.
Gundam Tanaka
Canon: Dangan Ronpa
Brief Personality: A chuunibyou/edgelord who tries to hide his caring side and often acts condescending to others, but he is also great with all sorts of animals and has the potential to be a loyal friend.
Appearance: This is his general appearance and what he usually wears. He has his ridiculous hair, his faked heterochromia (the differently colored eye is a contact lens), a Hell Hound Earring, pale skin, no apparent eyebrows, a scar across one eye (apparently it's a tattoo) and one arm that is always bandaged. He also always wears his scarf, which usually contains four hamsters - or rather, the Four Dark Devas of Destruction.
Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both! Gundam's ridiculous and over-the-top manner of doing things can make even slice-of-life feel like an adventure. But he also does like to go out on actual adventures, mostly when there's interesting animals involved.
Current Activities/Developments: Last month, Mukuro Ikusaba stabbed him a little bit. Between that and Sonia appearing, it’s very much been a roller coaster of a month for him! Also, he has a Pokemon - specifically a baby Crabrawler that Archie left for him, so he’s been raising that along with various animals in his care. In addition to that, he’s typically up for any tasks in which he can help animals or which intrigue his chuuni interests.
Endgame Goals/Plans: I'm partially going with the flow with him and seeing how the endgame-related plot shapes up first. He will like to be part of any action against Briarlan - now that they've shown their true colors, he feels his salt against them has been justified and wants to help to bring them down. Ultimately, if there's a choice to remain in this world at the end of the game, he will most likely take it.
Shipping/Romance: He tried to pretend that he doesn't have romantic feelings because of his edgy nature, but they sure are capable of existing! Sonia Nevermind's arrival may be reigniting some such alleged feelings, but time shall tell!
Seeking: Various kinds of friends! People to be baffled by and/or play along with his ridiculous nature, fellow animal lovers and/or people who need help with animals. Light-hearted rivals and enemies, fellow chuuni edgelords, are also fun.
Offering: Someone who will annoy and/or entertain your character with how ridiculously he handles everything! But also a possible loyal (while still eccentric!) friend in the making. Someone who can introduce your character to a lot of animals, and to help anyone having trouble with their pets or other animals! He could also act as a dunamis instructor!
Not Interested In/Avoiding: Not much that comes to mind! Don’t hurt the hamsters..

Roxas

Character Name: Roxas
Canon: Kindgom Hearts
Brief Personality: On first meeting, Roxas might seem a tad grumpy but that fades easily enough into a kind hearted and determined young man. He likes being helpful and will happily join in on an adventure. He's been here for a long time so he's managed to smooth over a few chips on his shoulder
Appearance: He's probably a bit taller than he is in canon, but not by much. His hair is spikey and defies gravity, and he has bright blue eyes. He also has a fondness for checkerboards.
Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: I am always down for both. I'd definitely love for Roxas to go on a few more adventures before we wrap things up here.
Current Activities/Developments: Right now, Roxas has a pretty decent life going. He works part time at the library, he has a wyvern, he's learning carpentry. He's been in the game for over 5 years so he's done a lot of things and is pretty pleased with where he's at right now. So he's mostly figuring out where he wants to go next.
Endgame Goals/Plans:I don't really have anything hard and fast that I want to accomplish with Roxas, outside of figuring out where he'll be at come endgame. Coming to terms with the reality of what he faces at home might be something, since he has a bit of knowledge about that.
Shipping/Romance: I'm definitely down for shipping, but even if nothing comes out of it, even just getting Roxas out on a date would be fun. Someone hold his hand!
Seeking: All kinds! Friends, Adventuring parties, Mentors, Mentees. I'm down.
Offering: A solid friend, a potential boyfriend, someone to shout at you for being an idiot, a fellow adventurer!

Brief Personality: A chill DJ who loves to party and have fun with his friends. He's super loyal to them and he's quite kind, willing to help others in need. He's also a terrible liar and a total dork.
Appearance: He wears a red baseball cap, glasses, several bracelets including this one and has a pair of orange headphones he hangs around his neck.
Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: I'm up for both really.
Current Activities/Developments: He got a job around Valentines at the radio station (and got a place of his own thanks to Marinette's help). Once he figures out how, he'll start having music play on the radio. Basically bringing FM to the city. Also he's not in the best of moods as Alya never showed up at all last month and other than Chloe dragging him to go clothes shopping, he had a crappy Valentines.
Endgame Goals/Plans: Since he won't have a lot of time to develop (due to having been joined to the game so late), there isn't much that I have planned for him. One current plan is that him missing Alya could potentially lead up to him starting to feel jealous/bitter towards Marinette and Adrien for their relationship
especially if any upcoming events fuel that fire. Though if it gets nipped in the bud, that's fine too.Either way, I want him to come to terms of not having his girlfriend around.
Shipping/Romance: Still pining over Alya so nope. One-sided crushes are fine.

Brief Personality: Former galaxy conquerer, current sad pilot, always disaster. He's a lot less volatile than he used to be, but he makes up for it in exasperation and sass.
Appearance: Ben is a refrigerator-sized man so he's probably hard to miss, and these days he might even occasionally wear... no gloves! Gasp. (goodbye cool face scar... i'll miss you...)
Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Ben is pretty much good for either. He's got an airship and a shipping business with his fam in game, not to mention some decent resources from hunting monsters for years. But he's craving some nice chill time after the whole star war back home, u kno.
Current Activities/Developments: His family is here, which always takes up a decent amount of attention, but he's also got a lightsaber to heal so idk I might do something with that this month.
Endgame Goals/Plans: I'm just gliding along at this point??
Shipping/Romance: ben solo's love life is already nuts you don't want to go there
Seeking: shrugs helplessly. I'm on this CR meme for everybody else.
Offering: Ben is a good medium between bad influence and the type to keep you out of trouble. Or he might get you into trouble and then get you out of it! He's still a little morally dubious, honestly, even if he prefers to be not a murderer. He's a great awkward big brother/uncle type.

Canon: Dangan Ronpa
Brief Personality: Here. That's it. That's the character.
Okay, if you want a little more, Junko's a despair obsessed mastermind who probably won't act that way to your character's face at first.
Appearance: She tends to stick closely to her canon appearance in case castmates show up because seeing their despair filled faces when they recognize her or getting to despair when they don't is important to her.
Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both! Slice of life tends to work really well for developing CR for her, but she can net despair just as often on adventure stuff, so I try to involve her in both when I can.
Current Activities/Developments: Fourth wall was a mess reuniting Junko with her sister after a few years of not having her around, she ran into a few other castmates she hasn't seen in a while and just had this overall despair inducing trip down memory lane. She also found time to help out with questioning the Briarlan researchers, and there'll be a post about that coming later this weekend!
Endgame Goals/Plans: Not 100% sure on that yet, right now I'm kind of planning on focusing more on her trying to reconcile who she is now with the temptation to just kind of chuck all that out the window and revert to how she was a few years back, or even before Empatheias. With Mukuro around again (and from the same timeline as Junko is this time!) that'll probably play a pretty big part in her her decision making too.
I am still toying with the idea of doing something major with her before the game ends (since if we don't count the Shaarnath thing, the last super awful public thing she did was frame someone for murder a million billion years ago), but I'm currently leaning towards something more small scale and personal. That being said, I'm open to ideas so if you want something horribly despair inducing for your character I'm open to working something out there!
Shipping/Romance: She's despairing over dating Soundwave, so just one sided crushes and unrequited type things would work.
Seeking: Anything really, I know we're in endgame, but I don't mind building new CR, I think there's still time to develop that!
Offering: DESPAIR
Or not. Okay, there'll probably be despair on Junko's end, but it can be one-sided despair. But she can pretty much slot into whatever dynamic's needed. She can be malleable about these things if it'll create opportunities for despair (which she's sure it will).

Character Name: Jasper
Canon: Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
Brief Personality: A wise and determined knight who feels kinship with animals and monsters more than man. Driven by pride and resentment, he says love means nothing; but he once valued friendship.
Appearance: Jasper has changed recently in game! Before, he dressed in armor and tied his hair, and noticeably carried an aroma of perfume. Now he openly presents as the demon he is and resembles nothing of the man he was. This is why his recent post was written. His voice has remained the same and can be a point of recognition.
Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: SOL with development! What Jasper wanted back home was a vacation; now he's getting that stress relief and finding the forgotten parts of himself. He enjoys sipping tea and shooting the breeze but being an eight foot devil makes that difficult.
Current Activities/Developments: Hendrik's departure has left him deeply shaken and he is trying to handle being alone. His old friend has highlighted how he was manipulated by his master into becoming the monster he is. Being played for a fool is difficult to accept and he needs time to consider where he stands.
Future Developments: Being worn down because of the aforementioned manipulation, Jasper will be trying to process his feelings until endgame.
Shipping/Romance: None. Jasper's too preoccupied with his feelings for Hendrik to form anything resembling a real relationship.
Seeking: Now his demonic nature is out in the open I'd like to work on that. I'm interested in exploring how it affects his CR and having him learn the cause; that he does not appreciate his friendships and feels like an outsider. The emotional effects of the world have thus affected his form.
Offering: Characters who are monsters and have faced persecution might find him understanding of their plight. His sympathies lie with outsiders who find it hard to belong. He has a temper for those who love to annoy and agonize, but follows a twisted code that values honesty and brotherhood. He'll bring honesty and equal respect to the table.

Brief Personality: She’s presenting herself as a totally awesome despair-inducing fashionista who’s on top of everything and has been here years honest. In actuality she a socially awkward military-nerd who follows her sister around like a lost puppy.
Appearance: As mentioned she’s badly impersonating Junko so there’s that. Otherwise she has scars from her execution that periodically glow pink when her emotional state is out of control.
Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Gimme both! She’ll definitely be up for making friends and getting to know people, especially if she can ramble about weapons and stuff to them. Awkward cases of mistaken identity are also good fun, because that leads to more flailing and terrible acting on her part. On the adventure front, some chances to fight and show her skills a bit is also good, she’ll probably be hitting up the Taskboard either way.
Current Activities/Developments: 4th Wall was a very, very emotionally taxing introduction for her, even aside from magically coming back from the dead in another world - she found out some of the mess that happened in her world after she died, found out her sister has been here 5 years and now has a boyfriend, that her crush survived and is now in his 20’s, realised that a couple of her classmates found out who she really was after all and found out her sister died which lead to her stabbing up the poor messenger. So yeah she’s going to be trying to deal with all of that mess and get a break.
Endgame Goals/Plans: She’ll probably end up sticking around in the world depending on what Junko does, but she’s still new so mostly going along with the flow at the moment. She’s going to be trying to learn Dunamis, so that’s a thing? Before endgame it would be cool if she’d got a semblance of her own identity back, but I don’t want to rush that in month 1. Poor girl needs a break.
Shipping/Romance: So canonically she gets a serious crush on a guy because he’s the first person to smile at her. No really. There’s pretty high odds that she’ll send up crushing on someone here who’s nice to her and I’m not gonna lie I am all for shipping her because cute romance times are my thing.
Seeking: Pretty much anything! Making friends - potential crushes - mistaken identity funtimes - rivals/sparring partners - enemies.
Offering: Awkward fake fashionista who’s surprisingly badass in a fight - who can either help you out or cause you problems depending on how things develop. Also potential new friend/love interest, just hit me up and we can figure something out.

Besides getting a good look at what Mukuro actually looks like eventually, Alice would like to know just what sort of things she can do. She has a guess thanks to the whole firearm thing, but that really doesn't come close to the entirety of it all. But yes, Alice will be glad to show off and so will her ego. More so if it's about dolls, because THAT is a floodgate that hasn't been unlocked yet.

Mikasa Ackerman

Character Name: Mikasa Ackerman
Canon: Attack On Titan
Brief Personality: Gloomy brat! Bad and awkward social skills, doesn't mind if you talk to her tho but she's pretty quiet. Terrifying prodigy with most things, horribly bad with anything to do with feelings / emotions and usually hides hers behind her deadpan poker face. Actually has a heart of gold if you get to know her and extremely protective of those important to her, acts like a mom or big sister sometimes, chill and calm almost all the time but not impossible to infuriate for either. Reckless idiot, luckily has a lot of surviving instincts and skills. She can be nice, it just takes time to get to know her, she doesn't let people in easily.
Appearance: Her hair is longer than it's in canon, she's going to let it grow and not cut it at all. Always wearing a red scarf, looks completely Asian despite being only half, wears the gear from her canon often. There's a scar under her right eye. If you see her in her training outfit, she's like 99% muscle. ( okay maybe not that much but ... a LOT!) ...Wears either black or pink or red or a mix of those and white most of the time. Has a deadpan/emotionless look on her face almost all the time.
Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both!! She loves the peaceful life here, it's something she has always wanted to get back to and she gets a lot of that here... but she has skills for monster hunting and adventure, so she's up for those too always or at least most of the time.
Current Activities/Developments: Living the peaceful life, that she's always wanted to live ever, she and Jean share a house and now they also have a (husky) puppy. There's a horse riding task on the task board, she'll be all over that and really, she's been going horse riding here whenever possible... Always up for sparring, with weapons or not, she keeps herself in her best shape and anyone can see her running around Verens often. Always trying to get better at baking and cooking because those are obviously important life skills.
Endgame Goals/Plans: I tend to roll as things go. Trying to be more social before this is over? She doesn't actually want to go home, she'd rather stay here (tmw muse has worst feelings about bad things back home happening and she's not wrong, she's from before we even see the basement and i'm just never likely to canon update her anywhere.)
Shipping/Romance: Jean's girlfriend since her birthday last month, so no for anyone else.
Seeking: Pretty much anything? Sparring partners, company for monster hunting, cute slice of life things, friends, company for baking and/or cooking, anything??? Negative isn't impossible either.
Offering: Serious girl, with skills that make her one of those, who monsters have their nightmares about?? Antisocial, quiet, actions speak louder and better than words in her case, but dig somewhere and maybe you'll find her nice side behind her icy walls. Always ready for sparring or just carrying heavy stuff around but makes it look like anything is light as feathers to her.
Not Interested In/Avoiding: Death, torture, other too serious stuff like that but kinda open to things otherwise.
Anything Else: Apologies for all the bad RP times lately or forever with this girl, gonna change that and get better, okay? Yes, I promise. Also I tend to call the thing on the gif below aerial acrobatics (with her gear), but did you know AoT's military training includes tests, where they take all safety ropes away and see who survive without them too? She got top scores in everything, including that.
