Welcome to Empatheias' plotting and CR meme! Please fill out the form below with all of the necessary information. Then go forth and reply to others, plot, make friends, have shenanigans!

The Plot and CR meme will be posted bi-monthly alongside character and player intros, usually around the sixth of each month. We highly encourage everyone to check the post from time to time, even if a week has passed. You never know what kind of opportunities you could be missing!

Feel free to use this post for plotting out current happenings in the game.

• Feel free to use the "Open Mingling Announcements" and "Task Board Recruitment" top levels for better focused organisation. Note: Any large scale group plots should still be posted to the OOC community proper.

• For more general plotting and to talk about CR you wish to build, create your own top level following the format below. Put your character's name in the subject line, or your name in the subject line if you have more than one character.

• Fill out the form and comment away! The top level relating to the task board has a different form, catered specifically to task board related things, as well.

• Tip! If mentioning tasks, include both the task ID and a brief two-word blurb to easily identify (eg., ST0602 Giant Fish).

Soundwave

Character Name: Soundwave
Canon: Transformers IDW
Brief Personality: Tsun. Stoic, grumpy alien robot. Underneath all of that is an idealistic person who has a lot of faith. Melt the ice exterior though and you'll get a loyal, protective, and overall decent friend. A Decepticon with a heart of gold
Appearance: A giant robot standing at 7'5, can transform into an armored car, and his metal/armour is coloured blue and white. He has another form he occasionally uses for outing purposes- his human avatar form/holoform. His avatar is much smaller and shorter than SW himself, standing at only 5'3, and usually wears punk-ish clothes. Also, his avatar is now wearing a pink bow tied in a ponytail as a remembrance for someone.

Slice of Life or ADVENTURE: Both!
Current Activities/Developments: Living, in general. Working on some projects. Visiting animal cafes That's it.
Future Developments: Back from hiatus! Though it feels like 3 months hiatus since I'm barely active for the last couple of months, but I'm back on full force. Anyway, no concrete plans, but right now I'd like to build new CR with Soundy here since a huge chunk of his CR dropped from the game and getting back to strengthen his current CR. Aside from working on his game project, I'll just let wind drift.

Also, he got a girlfriend now, apparently.
Shipping/Romance: In a relationship, apparently, so I'll have to say no to romantic ships. Crushes and stuff are okay

Seeking: Robots/AIs/aliens/peppy characters to melt his icy exterior. Friends
Offering: An idealistic icy robot who fought for peace and equality and now trying to live peacefully and improve his social skills.

HELLO Entrapta would love Soundwave on first sight, hologram or physical (but even more so physical). She has a habit of not understanding personal space sometimes (or a lot of things) but she is absolutely okay dealing with closed off people, she doesn't really understand social cues 90% of the time.

I was actually wondering about video game stuff bc Entrapta became interested after finding out about them from Junko, aaannd I saw that Soundwave makes them! Rad. Soundwave do you want to make more things...with a partner??

I would absolutely love to talk some potential threading with them and see how they hit it off!

Good, I'm super into the opposite kind of people dealing with his closed off nature. It's the best kind of CR for him

And yes to video game partners! He's working on it solo, so he'll be glad to have a partner. And since he's selling them in the marketplace, Entrapta might stumble on him while he's in his avatar, maybe? He might tell her he's an alien robot too, depending on how their interaction goes...

honestly if she sees either him or his avatar, entrapta is going to zoom in SO HARD and want to know everything about him stat. What he's doing at the time doesn't really matter--Soundwave is just like, an Entrapta magnet he never knew he was.

I just wonder if Soundwave will be going down to Shaarnath at all during the new arrivals/ruin exploration? If not then they can definitely meet in Verens! She may be a little full on/a lot at first (meeting his hologram might be best first if an excitable human woman would be a Lot for him), but she'll have a lot to say at him and a lot she'll want to know.

Entrapta is going to be useless at the actual "game" part of the games but be all about the tech. What if we made games with holographic screens, do your portable video games use holographic screens, Soundwave. Let's collaborate with others and open an arcade in the future.

Yeah, Soundwave staying behind for this one, so they should meet in Verens instead. She can zoom into him as hard as she wants, he's kinda used to the excited types already, fortunately... And he's less violent about things, so Entrapta should be alright... unless she's the type to want to poke his insides, then that could be a problem. Otherwise, ask away and he might endear to her after a while.

It's fine, he's not much of a gamer or really know much about game design, but he knows how to program things to work at least- she could still be like a game tester and he'll be fine with it. And hey, if she can improve the portable game itself, he'll help her out with that, too. Right now, the portable game is like a 16-bit game like that, so want to turn a holographic screen? Go for it. And arcade sounds awesome. Putting that up for the future.

She will ask him if she can see his insides, but won't force it if he says no -- at most she will get touchy feely* on him because she kinda does that with her hair with everyone and everything. But he can easily stop her since her hair will just touch him as a hand would.

*touchy feely as in, poking and touching at an arm, to be clear!

also re: arcade, absolutely! I know there's another character interested in video games, I believe? And there's likely to be actual gamers who can help test out more. I was also thinking myself that we could incorporate games from Shaarnath that the vendors use at the park. They make video games with dunamis. They're going to be great for expanding the genres!!

And then maybe it can come up in a future intro log or whatever whenever it would all feasibly be available! :) which would be raaaad.

I will definitely make us a starter though!! it will be tomorrow and prob be set like uhh, around the 10th if that sounds okay? Game event isn't until the 20th!

Here it is!! I made it simple because she will go full out very soon and I thought I might as well give Soundwave a millisecond to prepare for what has found him.

I don't mind if your tag back is very simple or w/e, please write what works/makes sense for you! She'll explode shortly even if he just stands there. Or walks off. please don't leave her she's in love.
