Arthur didn’t get a chance to see who his intended partner was before they put they put the blindfold on him, but now that he’s been listening to the other man’s terrible directions for a while, only to keep getting smacked in the head with the frisbee, he’s beginning to feel like he sounds a little familiar. Distracted as he is with trying to place the voice and where he’s heard it before, he isn’t paying attention enough to judge the given directions against his own Instinct skill. He follows the directions and, predictably, ends up being hit in the back of the head with the disk. Uttering a soft ”oof”, he stops moving then and furrows his brow in the direction of the voice. He sighs.
But to his credit, he still doesn’t yell at the man. Instead, he turns and positions himself again in a more defensive stance, prepared to move to the best of his ability.
“What?” he blurts out when again he’s given some very confusing directions. “Well— Which is it? My right or yours?”
He does decide that he’s had enough of being bonked with frisbees though, so in a last moment of hasty options-weighing, he springs to his left and finally, finally grabs the flying disk out of the air.
Thank goodness for Instinct, honestly.
“Excuse me,” Arthur calls out, holding his captured frisbee in hand still. “Might I ask you your name?” He figures he has the right to at least know who’s trying to give him brain damage.
