Fortunately(?) Ritsuka's not one to take offense or be easily insulted. She's aware not all the Servants agree with her and her approach to things at times, but, well, there's plenty of things about them that run counter to her modern sensibilities. She simply doesn't let any of it bother her. So they don't always see eye to eye, so what? As long as they can still work together, it's fine.

With that said, that second part promptly makes her forget whatever reply had been forming as she does the mental equivalent of blinking in surprise. Had she heard that right? But Ozymandias never talks about that!
