[Mipha hadn't really gone exploring since she ended up in Verens; there wasn't much of a reason to. The most she had done was an excursion to Shaarnath with Sidon and Archie—and it wasn't long. But around Verens, she mainly stuck to the city and, of course, Lake Niras.]
[It's on one of her daily trips back from the lake that she gets a little turned around. This'll teach her to stray from her normal path for a little sight-seeing. When the deep woods thin out and a field stretches open before her, she knows she's lost.]
[Well, it's no big deal. If she goes back the way she came, it's a straight-shot back to the lake, and the city is closeby. What Mipha wasn't counting on was a glimpse of Hyrule royal light-blue and familiar blonde hair in the near distance. It's Link alright; she would be remiss if she didn't greet him out in the wilderness! ......Or, at the very least, she would regret it later if she didn't...]
