She tilted her head a bit, her smile faltering to concerned sympathy as he sputtered and floundered around--he looked so scared of her, even as she tried to be so harmless.

Pink was so used to getting any wide array of reactions from humans and all the other organics of Earth, but being looked at with fear and anxiety cut in a way nothing else ever could. A long time ago, she would've tried to excitedly fuss and rush in and show them quickly that she meant no harm, but she learned some humans are very skittish, and react violently to her out of fear, so Pink suffered to stay sitting where she was so as not to scare him further for how tall she was.

But that look she gave him was pushed away just as quickly as it came, and that silly giggling from before gave way to a smile that was softer and gentler. He looked like he might fall apart on the spot if she got any closer--the pavement around this human just kept cracking.

"Are you sure?" She tried lacing her voice with a faint laugh. "I think you're about to make the roadway collapse..I can help you pick up your things and you can sit here. Or I can help you carry them wherever you're going!"
