It's a good thing that Tidus knows where they are going, though it's also a huge role reversal for both of them. It's a little like what she would have imagined going to Zanarkand with him would be like. He would show her everything he could and introduce her to everyone he knew. They would stay up all night and day and just enjoy life.

Like she hasn't been able to do. Ever.

Giving him half an ear, Yuna follows him, walking next to him with footsteps that are as measured as they can be, as deliberate as anything she ever did in Spira. His next questions to her have her pausing a little more, her gaze straight ahead as she tries to figure out how to answer. It's a loaded question. She does know what's going on, in a general sense, and has heard enough explanations of this world to manage along so far.

As for how she's doing, well... she's doing the best she can be. Life without him has been so hard, even though it's only been a few days. Seeing him here brought her hope she sorely needed, but with it a fear that she might lose him again. Honestly, she's terrified that he could disappear at any minute.

How can this world sustain what he is? How can a dream of the fayth exist here, especially when the fayth no longer dream?

But rather than say any of that, she just nods, doing her best to look more together than she feels. "I'm... all right," she answers finally. "I think I understand how you felt when you woke up on Spira." Being here and not knowing anyone had been overwhelming at first. She's slowly adjusting to it, slowly making acquaintances and doing what she can to help out, but it's not Spira. It's not home.

"Everything is different here. There's no Sin, no journey. No one knows who I am." Though honestly she's fine with no one calling her the High Summoner. "I've had to find my own way and it has been... hard to know what to do to help. But..." Here she finally turns her gaze towards him, offering a small but genuine smile. "I'm glad you're here."
