[He may not know the intricacies of Rey's troubles, but he knows that much at least.]

There is no individual inherently broken, and certainly not in any way in that it would impede sensitivity to the Force, provided they were sensitive to begin with.

[Qui-Gon isn't sure if that's something that Rey needs to hear, but he says it anyway. Simply because it's a factual statement.]
