Red would have been content to stay friends, and he has plenty of other rivals that don't belittle him every chance they get. What Blue and he have become...it goes way beyond rivals. Thunder booms under Red's rain cloud, but as much as he'd like to look angry, even brave, he doesn't. He just looks small. And he feels small, like he should just disappear again. He wasn't ready to come back. He didn't ask to be here. He didn't ask to have to see him again.
