[Jiro is a cool, calm individual. A truly rockin' girl that lives to the beat of her own drum, unphased by any curveballs life could throw at her.
Even now, despite getting stuck in this strange place for a little while, nothing's shaken her at all!

... At least, on the surface.

Despite the altogether bored and flat look on her face as she walks down a city sidewalk, striding casually with her hands buried in the pockets of her punk rock, leather-and-studs Hero outfit... the air almost seems to hum and crackle unsettlingly around her, like some sort of tension is building behind that hard to parse expression of hers.
And any poor, unfortunate soul walking by might be hit by a bit of it -

In the form of a good-sized, static-like zap should they walk a little too close, of course.]

[Telepathy, huh? She's already been here a while, but she hasn't actually thought to try it out. The whole idea felt weird and invasive, putting the inside of her own head out there where anyone can listen in.
(Perhaps a little ironic, considering who she is.)

But at the same time, this whole situation has been winding her up like a rubber band - she's got to get some sort of relief from this stress, with how important emotions seem to be around here.
No need to go around causing damage because this anxiousness has her more wired than a power plant.

So she does her best to calm herself down, thinking about how exactly to go about this...
And she doesn't realize at all that thanks to focusing hard on how to do this in the first place, her crystal maaay have started picking things up a step or two too early.]

Alright... don't get stage fright. Talking to literally everyone at once isn't that big of a deal.
It's basically just yelling at a crowd, right?

[This might be a little unexpected, but despite her usually curmudgeonly exterior, Jiro's not one to turn down an event. Especially one that actually sounds like it might be neat, even with the suspicious quotation marks around the word "dinosaur".
And especially one that has a free t-shirt at the end. Call her a sucker for free shit if you want, but super weird graphic tees are the bread and butter of any good punk rocker's fashion sense.

Of course, there's the problem that they didn't get to pick which they wanted... which is why she'll be wandering up to anyone who gained a red or black shirt out of the whole shebang, tapping them on the shoulder or an arm before holding out her own tee in a washed-out blue.]

[Obviously. Considering all she wore to the fun run is black and red.]

[Anger, huh? Irritation is a form of anger. Right? Usually, anyway.
And surprisingly enough, despite being easy to irritate herself, Jiro's pretty skilled at pissing people off.
Mostly because she's got a quick and easy way to do it.

More specifically... if she manages to catch someone not helping out with getting the generator going?
They're getting one of her "jacks" - that is, her prehensile, extendable earlobes tipped off with a blunted metal point - jammed into their ear.
Complete with a nice, strong "buzz" of soundwaves pulsed out that metal tip just to really try and piss off her target.

Definitely not hard enough to hurt, causing damage ain't the goal, here! But, uh. It's also certainly not comfortable in the slightest.
Then again, discomfort is totally the point.
