Lorna's about 5'4"-5'5". The wiki claims she's 5'8", but it also claims her sister is 5'8" when she's shown as being noticeably shorter than Wanda, and says Magneto's 6'2" and he towers over her even when she's wearing heels. I'll go with 5'4".

Canon never gives Vados a height, but based on other characters' heights, she's shown as being significantly taller than 5'9" and a bit shorter than 7'. Without heels on, she's likely about 6'5"-6'6" and with them on (since she's almost always shown with them on), 6'8"-6'9".
