Uh... I do... lots of things. [Give him a moment here.] Parties! Parties are fun. Not so many here, but I can always do my backup hobby. You know. Knitting.

[He can just leave out what he'd love to do at those parties. Life is hard without drugs, kid. So hard. His potential for better powers is the only thing that's keeping him out of the pharmacy.]

I'm not sure how I can pretend to be having a good time standing on a street corner. Unless I'm offering to give others a good time, if you know what I mean.
